Al Jaddaf Building

About the project

The Jaddaf Residential Building was conceived through a neo-traditional lens, responding to development guidelines mandating a traditional architectural language in the area. The design draws inspiration from in-depth studies of Arabesque and Islamic patterns, reinterpreting them through a contemporary architectural vocabulary.

Deep-set balconies were introduced as climatic devices providing essential shading in Dubai's harsh environment — a thoughtful fusion of cultural heritage and modern form-making.
