About the project
OPD designed the Dubai Military Human Resources project within H.H. The Ruler's Court — combining modern aesthetics with intelligent spatial planning to serve both functionality and discretion.
The confidential nature of military operations was subtly reflected through controlled access zones, concealed technologies, and a refined material palette — turning the sensitive nature of the program into a unique architectural strength.
