This B+G+6P+70 tower in Business Bay is wrapped under an especially designed layer that provides the shape and beauty of the building while focusing the sun's energy only where needed.
Technologies include water-from-air systems for drinking water, water recycling, alternative energy sources and smart home systems — making it one of the most self-sustainable towers in the world.
