The B+G+3 Hassani Project, though limited to just four floors, stands out for its symmetry and the use of natural materials — most notably wood.
Despite its elongated footprint, the design skillfully breaks the mass into three distinct volumes through thoughtful manipulation of form and the strategic use of glass — visually and functionally connected in a cohesive architectural language.
