The idea is to have luxury flats in the vertical wing with full glass walls and balconies with private pools, while the horizontal wing has more basic options. Penthouses enjoy the best views, with a recreational center, public pool and gym at the top.
The concept of this G+4P+30+R project is dictated by the plot's position regarding sunlight and wind direction — the building takes an F shape to provide the best sunlight and views.
