About the project
This project is deeply rooted in the culture and context of Dubai. A shaded space beneath a bridge-like architectural element creates a cool microclimate — an essential feature in the region's arid climate. Running through it is a narrow water stream, evoking the imagery of the rivers of paradise in Islamic thought.
Large windows open generous views toward the pool and private courtyard. It is a villa that merges poetry, practicality, and place.
