The villa's innovative sunken garden provides natural cooling while enhancing the villa's energy efficiency, demonstrating OPD's ability to merge luxury with environmental responsibility.
The sunken garden acts as a climatic and social core of the project. By lowering the space into the ground, it creates natural shade, reduces heat gain, and captures cooler air — offering a private, intimate gathering space that connects architecture with landscape.
